I recently came across a quote on Instagram that really caught my attention. It said, “168 hours in a week. 56 hours for sleep; 40 hours for work; which means 72 hours left over per week. If you can't find 3 to 5 hours to work on your health, the problem isn't your schedule - it’s your priorities!” This powerful reminder resonated deeply with me because it highlights an important truth: we each have the time to prioritize our health if we choose to make it a priority.


As an online fitness coach, my mission is to guide busy individuals toward sustainable health and fitness. I specialize in working with people who often feel overwhelmed by their schedules, a challenge I understand personally from my own experience as a First Responder. During my time in that demanding profession, I created what I now call the "Tactical Fitness Program" to work around the unpredictable and chaotic nature of First Responder schedules.


This program, which has since been adapted for anyone with a packed lifestyle, is designed to fit seamlessly into even the busiest week. It requires just three 30-minute sessions per week of resistance training and high-intensity interval training, paired with "active rest" days where you engage in enjoyable, low-stress activities like walking, swimming, biking, or hiking.
