There are stages in our lives when we decide “to lose some weight and get into better shape.” Once we have made this decision we will often times do our due diligence and do some research on programs and products that will assist us in our goal to be healthier.
Once a product gets our attention we quite often will read the reviews on that particular product. This can be a minefield since there are some unscrupulous people who have no background in health/fitness/wellness and their sole purpose of posting a review is to promote a product in a biased uneducated sales pitch.
